Mental Health Therapy
Rooted in Compassion
Because Your LIFE and FAMILY Matter
This means meeting you exactly where you are, without judgment. Together we create a space where your experiences are honored and your growth is supported with kindness and respect.

A quote I live by:
"You cannot teach others that which you do not know, and you cannot convince others of that which you do not believe."

Ask me why I LOVE this quote in session....

I want to share a bit about myself - it's feels only fair considering I ask my clients to share the deepest parts of themselves. First and foremost, I'm a mama and a grandma and my family is my greatest joy. They are the heart of who I am and what matters most to me.
These 3 pictures offer a glimpse of some of the other things that I value. The first is my dog, who is old, blind, and is living with dementia. He is naughty and adorable, my blanket, my "someone is at the door" alarm, my morning alarm and my vacuum cleaner. He brings a little more light and laughter into every day.
Then there's the soldier and child at the grave. I deeply honor military and first responders and their families. My care for them is a core part of my work - I have a special certification through NERPSC to work with these individuals and families and I am grateful when they invite me into their lives.
Finally, the third image, playing in the rain, reminds me how vital it is to take time to play, and how letting ourselves be open, free and connected to the world is calming and rejuvenating.
